Orders are packed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday). We ensure that most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, however orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery:
– Standard delivery normally arrives with 2-10 working days from the date of shipping, excluding holidays. Delivery depends on the postal services provider, so please allow 2-4
extra days for certain deliveries.
Express delivery:
- Express delivery orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11:30AM local time (excluding holidays) normally arrive within 3-6 working days from the shipping date. Please allow 2-4 extra days if there is compromising weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. sarahcdb.com is by no means liable or responsible for the delay of the delivery due to the error of a third-party shipping company.
Insurance against loss & damage is included in all shipping rates within the United States and Canada.

sarahcdb.com ship to many countries internationally, however, please make sure that we ship to your country prior to purchasing your orders.
Shipments can take as much as 45 days to arrive some countries. Customers are responsible for importation costs.
CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PACKAGE
United States/Canada:
To file a claim for a lost or damaged of parcel, you must email us all information, including the order number, within 10 days of the order date. No claim will be processed after 10 days from the order date. The shipping process claims for loss/damage from us after 30 days from the date of shipment. Please keep in mind that ALL claims for lost/damaged parcels or products will have a minimum of 30 days waiting period before we can process the claim. Claims processing duration vary as it is according to the timing of the shipping company. We may ask you for additional information before we can accept your claim. This may include photographic evidence of shipment damage. If we ship with FedEx, and the package is returned to us for any reason, FedEx will bill for the return parcel fee. However, we will deduct this return fee from the amount we will refund you.
Other countries:
To file a claim for a lost or damaged of parcel, you must email us all information, including the order number, within 14 days of the order date. Claims reported after 14 days from the order will NOT be accepted. For most of the destination countries, claims are processed in the shipping company after 21 days from the date of shipment. However, in some countries, it may take up to 90 days from the shipping date.
The time it takes to complete a claim vary as it totally depends on the current claim processing time.
ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS
You, as the buyer or importer of our product, are entirely responsible for the knowledge of what can and cannot be shipped to your country of residence. In the case of your order being taken by the customs, due to entry restrictions/prohibition of products, or for any other compliance issue, Sarahcdb or its owner, Stone Age Creation Co. Ltd, will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing of your order. Sarahcdb.com does not provide the details of the shipment such as country of origin, manufacturer, manufacturer’s address, packaging information, and compliance details.
It is entirely your responsibility, as the buyer or importer, to provide the necessary information to your customs department for your order. When placing large orders, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order so we can assist you in preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information.
