Sarahcdb.com is a discount company, so our policies differ to companies who charge full retail prices. But, because our customers are already benefiting from such large discounts, we feel that we do not require such a generous return policy.
Sarahcdb.com accepts returns of new, unused, untested items that are sold sealed ONLY. Unsealed products, sold greatly across our website, are FINAL SALE. To maintain our low prices, and provide you with the finest, safest products, we cannot and will not accept returns for used products or sold unsealed products.
Sarahcdb.com asks that customers DO NOT send back any used products since we will simply discard them. Products that do not qualify for a refund will be discarded. Any returned product must be sent back to sarahcdb.com post marked no later than 14 days from the shipment date of the order.
PLEASE NOTE:
Sarahcdb.com does not have an exchange process for differentiating products. Unfortunately, if you are an international buyer, purchases from sarahcdb.com are not eligible for return due to long shipment times. Therefore, all international sales are final, and these buyers should purchase at their own discretion and risk. All products purchased at a discount (less than regular MSRP) and meeting the above requirements will be charged a 20% restocking fee upon return. Products purchased at full retail (MSRP) however will not be charged a restocking fee. The sarahcdb.com site may or may not display the retail price alongside the discount price. Shipping is non-refundable.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
If you feel that a product is defective, ensure that you note upon return that it is at the discretion of sarahcdb.com to deem it unsatisfactory. If this is the case, a full refund and first class mail shipping will be credited to your previously charged account. However, if the products are deemed useable and satisfactory, the refund will not be made given that used/tested/unsealed items are non-refundable. Those items will be reshipped to you (at your expense) or discarded. This policy is enforced to prevent buyers from returning tested products that they simply didn’t want/like, and protect sarahcdb.com.
Please ensure your return parcel contains the following:
- The order number must be on the outside of the package. Simply handwrite “Order number _______”
- Include a copy of the entire email conversation OR handwrite a note as to your request for exchange (if we have the item in stock, an exchange will be made. The replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge and you will not be refunded).
(FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: If it is established that you received a defective or faulty product, first class shipping costs for returning the item will be refunded and no additional costs will be charged for the exchanged item.)
Payment Policy:
sarahcdb.com pricing is shown in US Dollars (USD). Please note if you are using any other currency, you may incur exchange/conversion fees from your bank/credit issuer. sarahcdb.com is not responsible for these fees and therefore is unable to refund, credit or otherwise assist in paying these fees. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to be informed of any additional fees that may be incurred prior to purchasing from sarahcdb.com.
sarahcdb.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal. For larger orders, we accept and may require a wire transfer. Some larger orders may also require identification, in which case we will contact you. If you do not wish to use a credit card on our site and do not have a PayPal account, you can alternatively use Visa/MasterCard/Amex logo gift cards.
Orders paid for via a credit/debit card will be shipped ONLY to the billing address on the account. However, orders being paid for via wire transfer can ship to alternate addresses as you wish.
